Options Appraisals
Feasibility studies are preliminarily undertaken in the very early stage of a project. This will allow you to establish whether the project is viable. At Arctic Associates, we aim to present our reports in a structured way where you the client can decide whether or not to proceed to the next stage. Wherever possible, any information prepared or obtained will be in a format to be readily shared and used.
Options appraisals are undertaken following the completion of feasibility studies. Their purpose is to assess potential options before developing a concept design for the preferred option. As architects, we work creatively to maximise the potential for land development or building refurbishments. Below are sketched schemes of computer-generated models used for both feasibility studies and options appraisals.
