Heritage & Conservation
As conservation accredited architects we recognise that historical buildings need to be both conserved and regenerated. Over time, the use of buildings change and this is where conservation accredited architects are important. Staff within the practice have the expertise to undertake conservation repairs and design new proposals for historical and ecclesiastical buildings to revitalise Grade II, Grade II* and Grade I buildings.

For the design of new dwellings or existing new homes needing extension / modifications, Arctic will agree with you a unique design brief and draw up architectural sketch scheme proposals for your ideal home. Following acceptance of Local Authority planning and building regulation submissions, Arctic also offers a turnkey service to tender, inspect and certify the work on site to ensure your new home or extension is just right for you.
